Authentic Israel works with a wide range of organizations in North America, Europe, Australia, and South America. Each of our clients has their own goals for Israel travel, and we work collaboratively to design custom experiences that bring their vision to reality. Below is a partial list of major national organizations with whom Authentic Israel partners. We also provide custom group tours for a range of local synagogues, schools, camps, JCCs and Federations.
United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism
The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ), founded in 1913, is the association of Conservative congregations in North America, today consisting of 760 affiliated synagogues, schools, camps and more one-and-a-half-million members.
Taglit-Birthright Israel is a unique partnership between the people of Israel through their government, local Jewish communities (through the United Jewish Communities, Keren Hayesod and The Jewish Agency for Israel) and leading Jewish philanthropists. Taglit-Birthright Israel provides a gift of first time, peer group, educational trips to Israel for Jewish young adults ages 18 to 26. Authentic Israel is the largest organizer of Taglit-Birthright Israel trips through our Israel Outdoors project.
BBYO is a trans-denominational youth led organization open to all Jewish teens. BBYO provides opportunities for Jewish youth to develop their leadership potential, a positive Jewish identity and commitment to their personal development. Authentic Israel partners with BBYO to organize Passport to the World, the leading provider of pluralistic Israel and worldwide summer travel experiences for Jewish teens. In addition to summer teen travel, BBYO Passsport offers Beyond, an Israel-based gap year enrichment program designed for Jewish students following their high school graduation.
Union for Reform Judaism
The Union for Reform Judaism provides vision, direction and leadership to Reform Jews and congregations on spiritual, ethical, social justice and management issues, offering programming support to Reform Jewish congregations and strengthening individual Jewish identity and growth. Authentic Israel works with the URJ in relation to its national Taglit-Birthright Israel program, URJ Kesher.
National Conference of Synagogue Youth (NCSY)
NCSY is a leading Jewish youth movement. Offering programs to bring Jewish teens back to their heritage, NCSY is at the forefront of the battle against assimilation. Through social and educational programming in hundreds of communities across the U.S. and Canada, NCSY is a leader in bringing unaffiliated youth an awareness of what Judaism is all about. Authentic Israel works with NCSY to organize summer teen travel experiences.
Bnei Akiva is a Religious Zionist Youth Movement run by youth for youth in order to keep the philosophy of Religious Zionism modern and active. Bnei Akiva of the United States and Canada is dedicated to bringing the messages of Torah Va’Avodah and Aliyah to the Jewish youth of North America. Authentic Israel works with Bnai Akiva Worldwide to organize Mach Hach Ba’Aretz, the largest Torah-observant summer Israel program for North American teens.
Masa Israel Journey
Masa, an initiative of the Jewish Agency, enables thousands of Jewish youth to spend a semester or a year in Israel in any of more than 160 programs, helping them build a life-long relationship with Israel and a firm commitment to Jewish life. Authentic Israel is a provider of Masa programs through our project, Israel Pathways.
The March of the Living
The March of the Living is an international, educational program that brings Jewish teens from all over the world to Poland on Yom Hashoah, Holocaust Memorial Day, to march from Auschwitz to Birkenau, the largest concentration camp complex built during World War II, and then to Israel to observe Yom HaZikaron, Israel Memorial Day, and Yom Ha’Atzmaut, Israel Independence Day. Authentic Israel is a provider of March of the Living experiences through our partnership with BBYO.
The American Physicians Fellowship
The American Physicians Fellowship for Medicine in Israel, established in 1950, is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the state of medical education, research and health care in Israel. APF supports Israeli doctors’ advanced training in the U.S. and Canada, as well as maintaining a registry of American doctors prepared to go to Israel if emergency need for physicians arises. Authentic Israel works with APF to organize emergency preparedness programs in Israel for visiting delegations.
