It's your turn to experience the magic of Israel on this 8-day tour for adults & families. Join up with travelers from across North America to experience Israel's rich history, modern culture, and natural beauty. The itinerary is full of Israel's "must see" sites like Jerusalem, Masada, Caesarea, Dead Sea, Sea of Galilee, and the Negev desert. Along the way, you will also experience Israel's off-the-beaten-path charm. A complete itinerary is included below. 

This tour is organized and operated in-house by our own staff; which means we can provide the highest level of customer service and a truly "authentic" experience. References are always available upon request.

The itinerary is Jewish heritage-focused. All meals are kosher and there is no bus-based touring on Shabbat. Want to create your own personal "My Turn" experience? *Participants are responsible for arranging their own air travel to/from Israel. Participants can arrange to be met at Ben Gurion Int'l Airport upon arrival and escorted to the group hotel by our staff for a small additional fee. The program formally begins on Thursday evenings with dinner included at the Jerusalem hotel. Participants arriving early or later can be accommodated.

PROGRAM ITINERARY

Each My Turn in Israel itinerary is based on the following core elements. Actual itineraries may vary slightly and will be re-confirmed approximately six weeks prior to arrival.

DAY 1, Thursday
- Check-in & dinner at Jerusalem hotel
- Jerusalem Hotel: Prima Kings (Standard) / Sheraton Park Plaza (Deluxe)

DAY 2 – Friday
- Breakfast at hotel
- Introduction to Jerusalem from the Hass Promenade
- Walking tour of the Jewish Quarter in Jerusalem's Old City
- Shopping & lunch on own in the Jewish Quarter
- Time for reflection at the Kotel - Western Wall
- Explore deep underground on the Kotel Tunnel Tour
- Optional: Experience Friday night services at Western Wall
- Shabbat dinner at accommodations
- Jerusalem Hotel: Prima Kings (Standard) / Sheraton Park Plaza (Deluxe)

DAY 3 – Saturday
- Breakfast and lunch served at hotel
- Optional: Shabbat services at local synagogue
- Lunch served at hotel
- Guided walking tour of local Jerusalem neighborhoods
- Night on the town in Jerusalem with dinner on own

DAY 4 – Sunday
- Breakfast at hotel
- Visit to Yad Va-shem Holocaust Memorial
- View the Chagall Windows at Hadassah Hospital
- Walk through Ein Karem village & lunch on own
- Tour the grounds of Israel's Knesset (Parliament)
- Explore Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem
- Dinner at accommodations 
- Jerusalem Hotel: Prima Kings (Standard) / Sheraton Park Plaza (Deluxe)  
  
DAY 5 – Monday
- Breakfast at hotel & check-out
- Tree planting in the Jerusalem foot hills
- Archeological cave crawl at Beit Guvrin
- Travel through the desert & lunch on own
- Camel riding & Bedouin style bonfire dinner feast
- Check-in at Dead Sea accommodations
- Dead Sea Hotel: Prima Oasis (Standard) / Le Meridien Resort (Deluxe)

DAY 6 – Tuesday
- Breakfast at hotel & check-out
- Early morning ascent & tour of Masada fortress via cable cars
- Relaxation & floating at the Dead Sea
- Nature walk to Ein Gedi desert waterfalls
- Transfer to the Galilee via the Jordan Valley
- Sunset cruise on the Kinneret - the Sea of Galilee
- Check-in & dinner at accommodations
- Overnight at Kibbutz Gonen Guest House, Galilee (Standard & Deluxe)

DAY 7 – Wednesday
- Breakfast at hotel
- Walking tour of mystical Tzfat
- Explore Tzfat's artist quarter & lunch on own
- View of the region from atop Mt. Meiron
- Traditional Druze village hospitality in the village of Peki'in
- Dinner at accommodations
Overnight at Kibbutz Gonen Guest House, Galilee (Standard & Deluxe)

DAY 8, Thursday
- Breakfast at hotel & check-out
- Begin travel towards Tel Aviv
- Tour of Caesarea ampitheather on the beach
- Tel Aviv city tour: Rabin Square, Israel's Independence Hall, etc.
- Free time on Tel Aviv's Mediterranean promenade
- Walking tour of old Jaffa seaport at sunset
- Closing dinner at "Dr. Shakshouka" Restaurant in Jaffa
- Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for return flights or continue to Eilat
   
OPTIONAL EILAT ADD-ON
Extend your stay in Israel in Eilat - Isael's Red Sea resort. The Eilat extension package includes two nights accommodations in Eilat with breakfast daily, roundtrip domestic airfare from Tel Aviv to Eilat, and plenty of time to relax and explore the tropical beaches of the Red Sea. An optional day trip to Petra in Jordan is also available as an add-on. Participants who wish to stay longer in Eilat may request an extended stay.

DAY 8 -Thursday
- Travel to Eilat after dinner via domestic flight from Tel Aviv
- Pick-up from Eilat Airport and transfer to hotel
- Eilat Hotel: Prima Music (Standard) / Agamim Resort (Deluxe)

DAY 9 - Friday
- Breakfast at hotel
- Day at leisure in Eilat with lunch & dinner on own
- Guided day tour to Petra in Jordan (Optional)
- Eilat Hotel: Prima Music (Standard) / Agamim Resort (Deluxe)

DAY 10 - Saturday
- Breakfast at hotel
- Day at leisure in Eilat with lunch & dinner on own
- Return to Ben Gurion Airport in evening**

**NOTE: Return flight from Eilat Airport to Ben Gurion Airport will be booked according to the traveler's schedule. Participants wishing to stay longer in Eilat can request an extension of the package hotel rate

- Discounts for children age 13 and under: $50/child
- Guided Petra day trip from Eilat: $150/person
  Petra day tour includes round-trip transfers from Eilat hotel, local guide, entrance
  fees and lunch (not kosher). Border fees not included (~$45/p)
    
TRAVELER'S HEALTH INSURANCE
- $2.50/day per person
- Treatment & medication in Israel without deductibles, co-pays or paperwork (detailed policy)
- Does not cover pre-existing conditions
- Supplemental fees for travelers age 65 or older
- Must be ordered at least seven days prior to arrival

PAYMENT SCHEDULE & TERMS

Payment & Cancelation Terms
In order to reserve your place on the program, a $250/person deposit fee is due with registration. Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to trip start date. Trip costs are refundable with a $50/person cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to program start date. Participants who cancel within 60 days of the program start date will receive a refund, minus the $250/person deposit. Participants who cancel within 14 days of the program start date will receive a refund minus a $500/person cancellation fee. No trip costs are refundable within 48 hours of the program start date.  

General Terms
Group sizes vary from 10 to 40 participants per bus. The itinerary and choice of hotels are subject to change within similar booking class. All programs are guaranteed within 120 days of the scheduled start date. Program participation is subject to availability.
