JULY 8-16, 2025 | VOLUNTEER AS A BETH EL COMMUNITY
In response to the October 7th attacks, Israelis of all backgrounds have united around a collective volunteering effort in support of the displaced border communities and the security services' mission.
Rabbi Jonathan Jaffe and Temple Beth El of Northern West Chester invites volunteers of all ages to tap into this national volunteering drive — for the people of Israel, in the land of Israel, while the needs are greatest. Together we will volunteer 4-6 hours a day, bear witness, and stand in solidarity as a community.
OPTION #1 | ALL AGES

SHARED ROOM | $2,200 per person
SINGLE ROOM | $2,950 per person
This group is limited to 25 volunteers
OPTION #2 | AGES 26-50
A parallel subsidized trip is offered with Birthright Israel funding – based at the same Tel Aviv hotel with some shared experiences alongside the "All Ages" group

WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Gratuities (suggested at $75-$100/person)
TRAVEL GUIDANCE
A VIP airport greeting and transfer to our hotel will be provided for anyone arriving to Ben Gurion Airport between 6:00am and 5:35pm on July 9th. Guaranteed hotel check-in is available starting at 3:00pm (luggage can be stowed earlier). On the final evening of the program, a transfer will be provided back to Ben Gurion Airport in time for flights taking off from Israel between 11:00pm on July 15th and 1:00am on July 16th.
ENROLLMEMT TERMS
- A $250/person deposit is due with your registration and becomes non-refundable as of April 25, 2025
- All program costs are in US Dollars
- The balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the program start date, after which payments are non-refundable
Unique exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis, and if Authentic Israel determines that travel to Israel is not feasible or not responsible due to a material change in the security conditions, full refunds will be issued. - Cancellations must be made in writing
- Payments may be made by check or credit/debit card, however, a 3.50% processing fee applies for credit/debit card payments (does not apply to initial $250 deposit). Note: credit card fees are not refundable
- The program is subject to a minimum participation of 15 travelers registered by April 25, 2025. We encourage travelers not to purchase non-refundable flights until the program is fully confirmed.
