OUR PROCESS

Custom travel experiences are a blend of your needs and our expertise. Our proven process allows us to create a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience for your group – from the first conversation to the welcome home call!

STEP 1: PLANNING

We’ll work with you to determine the essentials, such as who is traveling, what’s the goal, what kind of experiences to incorporate, what are the special needs, what should be included, and what’s your ultimate vision for the program’s outcome. Once we’ve established the basics, we can propose a draft itinerary for review, feedback, and fine-tuning.

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION

After we’ve settled on your basic program itinerary, we will build a comprehensive working budget for review. We work collaboratively to reach your pricing targets, and even once the program is fully confirmed, we’re always willing to revisit the particulars.

STEP 3: BOOKING

Now that we’ve got your itinerary and budget in place, we begin the process of booking all of the fine details – including accommodations, staff and key sites. At this point, we’ll notify you if any parts of the program may require adjustments and propose alternative solutions. Once completed, we’ll send a more detailed itinerary with key timings and logistical notes.

STEP 4: GETTING READY

As your program approaches, we’ll do a final review of the itinerary, provide you with customized pre-trip preparation material and connect you with the staff who will be supporting you during the tour.

STEP 5: LET'S GO

A well-planned program means you can relax and focus on the experience itself. While in Israel, you’ll be supported by a dedicated operator from our main office in addition to your licensed tour guide.

STEP 4: GETTING READY

Once the tour is over, we follow up with you to do a post-trip review. We take your feedback and suggestions very seriously, and use your responses to ensure we are always crafting and delivering the best possible programs!
