This journey is our opportunity to show unwavering support to the People of Israel in this sensitive moment they are enduring. We will engage with local communities, participate in meaningful initiatives, and strengthen the bonds that connect us.

PROGRAM COSTS

  • Double Occupancy Room | $1,500 per person
  • Triple Occupancy Room | $1,475 per person
  • Single Occupancy Room | $1,745 per person

INCLUDED

  • Roundtrip airport transfers for the community flights
  • Hotels according to the itinerary (or similar)
  • All meals included
  • All programming according to the itinerary
  • A licensed guide (armed) escorts the group 24 x 7

NOT INCLUDED

ENROLLMEMT TERMS

  • A $500/person deposit is due at the time of registration – it becomes non-refundable after February 23, 2024.
  • The balance is due March 1, 2024, after which payments are non-refundable.
  • Unique exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The program is subject to a minimum number of travelers 15 fully registered as of February 23, 2024.
  • If the agreed minimum is not achieved, all payments will be refunded. Travelers are encouraged not to book flights till the minimum is achieved.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Payments may be made by check or credit/debit card, however, a 3% processing fee applies for credit/debit card payments (does not apply to initial $500 deposit). Note: credit card fees are not refundable
  • Authentic Israel reserves the right to deny acceptance on the tour according to its discretion.
